Big Kahuna — Restaurant in Cleveland

Save your money and go to McDonald’s instead the quality of this restaurant’s food and McDonald’s is the same! Actually McDonald’s has this restaurant beat in comparison at least McDonald’s will serve you FRESH food. The so called owner of the restaurant or whoever she’s supposed to be got all huffy bc I told her my sons food was cold. I paid for the other food that was subpar and left NEVER to return. I know the restaurant is a mom and pop business but that doesn’t mean you should skimp on quality of food or customer service 😒 I knew I should’ve turn around when I walked into the building and the Hispanic lady had a smug attitude but I figured that’s just the way she is I didn’t think I would spend $20.03 on low quality food and deal with a problematic attitude packing bilingual so called owner of a small wow oh yea and the meat on the burger tasted like fake meat I guess they’re cutting cost on hamburger meat too smh LOW QUALITY save your money or just go to an actual fast food restaurant because this restaurant isn’t up to standards...

Today we decided to place a "to-go" order from a local medical facility. Being a professional, and in management myself, I noticed quite a few jaw-dropping issues.

1. When we went to pick up our food order, the girls were going from kitchen-cash register-to serving tables without washing their hands. No gloves were worn, and hand hygiene was not performed between tasks.
2. No hairnets worn and the person preparing the food, had her hair down.
3. When the food arrived back at our facility, 3 of our orders were messed up. We called to complain and get our missing food items, the lady sassed us and attempted to blame us.
4. We went back to get our missing food items and the girls were talking bad about...

We have lived in area since 2020 and have yet to see this place open. I would love to try the food, but the fact that they are consistently not open during their posted hours has turned me off to trying this place. I will stick to the coffee shop and Wagon Wheel nearby since they are always open. Fat Floyd’s is great and follows their posted hours.

Edit: I finally got to try this place after a few years of living in the area and was amazed. Their food is definitely some of the best in the area and the staff is so nice! I've been able to go a few times within the last few weeks and the service/food has been consistently good. I definitely recommend...
