The Texan Theater — Local services in Cleveland

First time coming to a show here. Doug Stone put on a really good show, but there a couple of issues that I noticed. First there are staff outside dividing the line which was great but... once you get inside it just bunches up between concessions and the entrance to the theater and nobody knows if they are supposed to just go in or go the concessions to get their tickets scanned. If there were staff inside directing people I believe it may have ran a little more smoother. The second thing was the line for the concessions. Only one person could accept card, and the other was only cash. Ultimately more people are paying with card so again that's backs up the line. If both would accept card that may speed things up. Lastly the constant people in and out during the performance was quite a neucence. There were a couple of members of staff trying to control it by asking people to wait until in between songs but it wasn't consistent. Overall I enjoyed the venue and will be back for another show and I do recommend others check...

I used to love this theater, but tonight I lost all respect for it the owners and the people running it. All week we looked forward to seeing the movie and with practicing for the church Easter play I had only 1 night to see it. So I brave the rain , get soaking wet and beat my wife and step daughter to the theater....I walk in like a wet cat and ask for 3 tickets to the show only to be told NO! WE GIVE TICKETS AS THEY COME, I told them they were coming from a ways away and the rain was keeping them , they would be there in 10min....THEY DIDNT CARE AT ALL.....so we missed the movie. Everyone is wet and disappointed...I guess after the Easter play I will spend my money at a theater who values it's...

The place has a good old theatre atmosphere but needs a major renovation or at least a good cleaning and fresh paint. Could be so much better than it is. Seems they only hire family there because the girls working the ticket booth and concession stand are always rude to everyone all the time and right in front of the owner and nothing is ever done about it. Whoever is in charge of their movie selection should be fired. The typical film they show is a Hallmark Channel type film that no one wants to pay to see, so their attendance levels are typically low. Almost makes you think they're deliberately trying to go out of business. A shame really, the place...
