Grand Oaks Reserve — Local services in Cleveland

This is a nice course for the money. Played on a Sunday afternoon and they weren't crowded, which was nice. Lots of bunkers and water for this rookie but I enjoyed it. I will say beware of the gps fence on the carts. I was warned but still ventured into areas that seemed fine, like the fairway, and ended up pushing the cart out because reverse didn't work like they said it would. Would I go back? Eh, if I was around these parts long...

On the day of my closing, I received no information from Lennar about the community amenities. I had to find it on my own. When I called the HOA, a customer service representative was very helpful....

Family and I were looking for a while, after some long research and a lot of house showings we decided that they have the best quality homes. We are moving to the best community in the area....
