The past 4 times that we have gone to this Lil Ceasars our experience from start to finish was horrible!!! I'm not quick to give bad or negative reviews because I'm a realist I know that sometimes there are circumstances beyond our control.. That is why after the first horrible experience with this particular pizza place that we decided maybe it was just an off night.. We'll certainly there can't be that many off nights. I mean this is a place of business right? These people are professionals right?? The first time when we decided that Lil Ceasars had definitely fallen from grace we ordered ahead of time as we always do when we arrived and our food wasn't ready we shrugged it off and wasted a few minutes at the other stores in the shopping center. 20 minutes later our food was still not ready hadn't been placed in the oven yet. The store was dirty with trash on the bench in the waiting area. The workers were horse playing and being loud and hardly noticed we were trying to get there attention. 45 minutes later our order was finally ready and can you believe when we got it home the order was entirely wrong.. It's been like that the next 3 times we went. We'll I'm sad to say that after the last ordeal that was over 2 hours from the time called til we finally got our food we will not be going back to the Cleveland branch Lil Ceasars. The Store was filthy. The order was wrong after being made to wait for extremely long to get and the workers were unprofessional. I'm sure we're not the only customers that will be going to livingston for pizza since there were atleast 15 other customers jammed in the waiting area all frustrated as heck. We were the August 7th and it is the...
Read moreThe service here sucks, when i went in last night there was this poor lady that had been sitting there ever since before I got there, she started to complain because she put in a order online and it was supposed to be ready by 7:30 pm. It was around 8:45 pm when I finally left, and she was still sitting there with no pizza. The staff are incompetent and rude, I personally witnessed alot of customers complaining about their rudeness. And the guy who took my order was looking at me very strange, and he didn't even know how to spell my name, which is 4 letters! And when they do shout your name, most of the time you can barely hear them, so many people's orders got very confusing because their name would be called and the customer wouldn't hear it, so then the customer had to stand around and it didn't seem like the employees cared, so it would get to the point where the customer would get pissed off and would have to go up and ask if their food is done themselves. I honestly don't understand how the employees are able to keep their jobs, let alone apply for one, when they don't even know how to spell something thats only 4 letters!! And to top it all off, I ordered bread sticks and when I finally opened them up they were the absolute most saddest bread sticks that I ever seen. Most of the bread sticks were very thin and stringy, like they tried to stuff it inside a squirt cheese can and string it out! I mean these bread sticks were thinner than stewie griffin's hair from Family Guy! So yeah, I'm overall disappointed, and I honestly feel bad for all the customers that I saw last night. If I could give 0...
Read moreI went here and got pizza on multiple occasions and each time that I’ve been there the service just keeps getting worse. The most recent visit that I had today I purchased two pepperoni, pizzas, and wings, and crazy bread. While I was in the lobby waiting for my pizza, the staff is very unprofessional all the way down to management. They talk about personal things on work time. Then they finally get my pizza to me. I get home. My house is like two minutes away. Open up the box of pizza and one of the pizzas is not cooked thoroughly. I called the store and the pizzas was undercooked and he told me to come up there and replace it. The manager tells me that’s just how the pizza is. Are you kidding me because I have ordered pizza from numerous places and the pizza should not have the dough still being dough at the point of being completely cooked it should be a crust. Anyway, honestly, for the price that you pay for their trash pizza, you could go ahead and just hit up Domino’s or Pizza Hut if you really want Little Caesars, I would go to the New Caney. Also, just wanted to add this in that while I was there waiting on my pizza I noticed some pretty unsanitary conditions. They were washing their hands and then drying them on their dirty jean pants. The young guys in there kept rubbing his nose and he was the one that was putting the pizzas in the...
