Poor customer service!! Last night the black lady followed me around the store while I shopped for an hour. I was in my scrubs ( I'm a pharmacy tech)with my name tag and I had on my boyfriends jacket, (he's a cop) because it was cold and I left mine.. instead of the lady asking if I was a cop,pharmacy tech, or any questions that she had she didn't. Then when I got to the front the started ringing my things up, then stopped& answered the phone and walked away!! didn't say anything... so I left out (out of anger) then came back and she was like " oh your dress didn't have a tag ,I had to go find one".. but she didn't say anything initially. No excuse me,I'll be right back, NOTHING!! You are RUDE and WEIRD acting ! Poor management,you need more training in...

Today my daughter and her friend went to this store while I waited on them and they were told that can not come in the store without parents. My daughter and her friend are 18 year old college students. Since when do you need an ID to go in this kind of store? Explain your self Bealls! You don't sell alcohol. So WTH is going on in this blink and you miss it town. This has been my first experience with you all and its not great. No one here in Houston does that. SO DO BETTER! Went to purchase clothes for work. Had a basket of things and was still shopping, my 15 year old daughter brought a water from the cooler and ask if she could have it. I told her yes.
