I have always bought my horse, calf, dog, and poultry needs from tractor supply. Not to mention tractor, hardware, and yard needs etc. As we hatch and raise chicken, quail etc we bought 30 bannam chics from the Cleveland store May 1st 2025 to add something different to our flock, 14 of them were dead by the 5th. I have always had a good relationship with the employees at that store with great communication, as one I have never seen before sarcasticly replied that I/we was not taking proper care of them not realizing that we have the same setup as they do not to mention the same feed all purchased from that store. Go in after it tells me my order is ready for pick up and they inform us that the heater has been canceled due to not being in stock. 3 days later still no refund. Called to see what's going on and was informed I would have to call a 1800 number to find out where my refund is. The hose does not match the Mr. HEATER propane heater at all like it said it did!
