The Town Squire — Local services in Cleveland

Im rating my experience here, which was horrible. I was looking for a tailor and a suit expert I could trust. I am not suit savvy so I was hoping to get some advice and alterations on some suits that I had purchased online. I was very up front with this on the phone and hey initially said I could come in and they would see if they could help me with the caveat that they could only make limited alterations to suits not purchased at their shop because they could not guarantee the quality. I totally understand this position and came in to see if there was anything they would feel comfortable doing. No real problems up to that point.

Once I walked in the door, however, they were rude and made me feel embarrassed for purchasing online. I don't mind if they have a policy of not helping people who purchased elsewhere, I fully understand it. But their attitude and lack of understanding was inappropriate.
