Although this is one of my favorite mexican markets, it seems lately that the owner has lost care for his customers by hiring young inexperienced girls, why do I say this because last time I was there a girl was playing with one of the butchers, another girl was just eating and even got mad when a customer asked her to to assist her and my horrible experience was that while I was sending money that girl had the flu or I don’t want but was wiping her nose with her hands hands instead or using tissue paper and since none of them had masks nor gloves, when she hand me my receipt I had to just take a picture of it with my phone because with all of this going on I was not about to touch it. Read moreAwesome place! The place is really clean and well maintained. They have most of your essentials and more. The meat selection is good and very reasonably priced. They will usually give you a little extra as well. Their tamales are outstanding, but only available Sunday(if they aren't sold out). The ready to eat meats are always great as well(usually pork belly and ribs cooked in pork fat I think). If you're on the adventurous side, they have pork tongue and ears sometimes(Sunday I think).
