KFC — Restaurant in Cleveland

I had to write this. I quit eating at KFC several years ago after having repeat poor service issues at my local KFC's. Nothing was ever ready. They were constantly out of things, including chicken one night. They were rude, and uncaring. Not this place. I'm out of town, so I stopped in hoping for a better visit. I hit the jackpot. Angelimar at the location on Clark St was the most courteous and hospitable host, she made me feel at home with her warm smile and positive attitude. She was patient and even helped me pick a meal, as the menu had changed allot since my last visit. She recommended the best meal I've ever had at any chicken place. I never ever ever write bad reviews soo this is sad but I ordered ahead and everything and my online order was set for 12:15 and I come up thinking it’s ready and guess what? The fries aren’t ready soo I get told to pull around so I did and then get told fries won’t be done for awhile soo that was fine we replace the fries with Mac n cheese sooo I get to the window and they tell me to pull forward and they will bring it out. One of the worst stores to go to. Paid $50 for a 16 piece family meal and when I arrived to pick it up the lady on the drive thru with an attitude said that they were out of cole slaw and to get something different. So I substituted for another Mac and cheese which was only filled a quarter of the way. And they forgot to put one other side in with our order. The worst part is when I went back they were talking about how the oil had not been changed for a while and they were telling another customer that they were out of chicken and to go to the east side to get some.
