Been having issues with the primo water dispenser from time to time as in 10 minutes or more to fill one 5 gallon jug. No one is concerned with the issue and usually get a run around (in the past) making one feel like it's no concern of there's. Excuses as the line is froze in the ceiling or they don't service the machine and no one knows anything about it. How ever, tonight I was told by the front office after complaining about only being able to fill two jugs instead of the three I brought in that it's because it takes time to run through the filters and customers have been using it today. Since I came in so late the holding tank hadn't had a chance to catch up and that's why it's so slow. So in my mind....." it's my fault for coming into the store at 8:45 pm for some light shopping and filling water jugs" " that if I want the dispenser to work at normal function, I should have came in sooner" I understand I'm taking this in a negative way but that's due to making me, the customer feel like a bother and if I want Great Servivce I need to change my shopping needs. But more often than not, they just do not carry a variety of options. When asking for assistance, it's difficult to find anyone to ask and when someone is found who can help, the response is often simply "no."
