Clinton IGA — Local services in Clinton

Been having issues with the primo water dispenser from time to time as in 10 minutes or more to fill one 5 gallon jug. No one is concerned with the issue and usually get a run around (in the past) making one feel like it's no concern of there's. Excuses as the line is froze in the ceiling or they don't service the machine and no one knows anything about it. How ever, tonight I was told by the front office after complaining about only being able to fill two jugs instead of the three I brought in that it's because it takes time to run through the filters and customers have been using it today. Since I came in so late the holding tank hadn't had a chance to catch up and that's why it's so slow. So in my mind....." it's my fault for coming into the store at 8:45 pm for some light shopping and filling water jugs" " that if I want the dispenser to work at normal function, I should have came in sooner" I understand I'm taking this in a negative way but that's due to making me, the customer feel like a bother and if I want Great Servivce I need to change my shopping needs. I most definitely was a bother and the office clerk made it clear I was. (The register clerk was amazing and showed concern for the time involved...

I am always astounded by the lack of availability of items. In some cases, it's a matter of supply being non-existent such as whole chickens or Italian sausage. But more often than not, they just do not carry a variety of options. When asking for assistance, it's difficult to find anyone to ask and when someone is found who can help, the response is often simply "no." If time isn't a factor, you are much better advised to make the trip to Bloomington to avoid the frustration of not being able to find...

Went shopping and had a difficult time getting assistance from employees. When you stop two people asking where something is you expect help. Neither of them offered help of any kind. Finally went to the service desk and had a tough time getting the attention of the gentleman working there. Not overly impressed with their level of customer service.
