Food was great. Service was not the best, went during pork and apple Fest, waitress said the scheduler who does all scheduling did not plan ahead and schedule majority of staff to come in. All of the waitresses were running around recklessly trying to make sure all their tables were satisfied. I felt sorry for all the waitresses being a former one myself scheduler / manager should have scheduled more people to work. Took over an hour to get food that wasn't complicated understandably the grill was small they had a lot more people in and they were planning on again they were short-staffed. She did check on us a couple times even though she had a whole section and a part of another one, looks like there was only about four girls working on a busy busy weekend. Preferred Improvement would Noah Gene the events going on around town or in the community and making sure extra staff...

I ordered online on a Sunday. When I arrived I was told “well we don’t have any orders” by the first girl. Then another girl came over and said “we don’t do online orders on Sundays” and then walked away. The first girl came back and said “I’ll send Jade over to take your order” and left. Why she couldn’t take my order I’m not sure. Jade was friendly and apologized. She took my order and asked if I needed anything else while I waited. The first 2 girls who spoke to me were rude and acted like I should have known better. Another man walked in while I was waiting to pick up his online order and was also told they didn’t have it and he left angry. Husband and I went here while we were in town for our anniversary. He got the ribeye sandwich and pretzels with beer cheese.. I am normally not a fan of beer cheese but this was amazing. The pretzels were perfectly cooked and not over salted. The ribeye sandwich was probably the best I have ever had. It was seasoned just right and cooked to perfection. Perfectly tender. I got the pigs ear and it was good. I was a little disappointed that it was clearly a pre frozen patty. Never the less it was good. I got a side of regular cheese for my fries, and it was decent but after trying that beer cheese it didn’t compare. 10/10 recommend. Great service. Wonderful meal....
