Awesome customer n prices....after phone was stolen easy wireless locked it down licked my number so I wouldn't lose it and when my upgrade time was due in like a week they let me use my upgrade for replacement phone for free and then in 6monrjs I can upgrade phones for lil of nothing. Thank you easy wireless Clinton Oklahoma. Well I still sick by my post on the great customer service and yada yada but let me tell you what I don't like and this has nothing to do with the cashiers and the service people the fact that you're scamming people for free upgrade I have been with easy wireless for 2 years after 6 months you're supposed to get a free upgrade and y'all still promote that yet each time I go down there y'all are telling me it's going to cost me $27 for a phone so just know I'm putting in a bad review for false...

Whoo,this place has saved my life.The service I did have ,turned my phone off cause of the rules from acp,my husband has stage 4 cancer. And his doctors were going to be calling that day to get him in the hospital. When I walked in to the store the lady was friendly very nice understanding and completely did not give up on getting me service.Im so happy now with the the lady that helped me I think she's the manager or something and I'm completely happy with the service it's great ,and most of all it FREE!!,pulse you get a very nice phone for free too.you will regret it if you don't get it.. My family recommended easy wireless in clinton versus going to the one where I live and I am so glad I went to get a phone from them and the lady Cynthia that was there was able to explain how it worked and everything about the phone and tablet to me to where I could understand everything. I am truly impressed and pleased with the great customer service I received, for sure this place is a 10 out of 10!
