Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Clinton

We call this place the hybrid because it isn't a normal Pizza hut. It's kind of sad actually. Their version of "We'll bring it out to you." and mine is completely different, considering my name was shouted at the top of a woman's lungs and I had to go collect my order from practically the kitchen. 20/10 would not recommend for a dine-in experience. Also, the amount of sauce was nearly nonexistent. Truly sad. I think the best part was the thin crust(just the crust) and the stuffed garlic knots things. Overall, calling my name like that was very rude. The fact that I had to practically enter the kitchen to receive my food was not good. And the pizza was dry save for excessive amounts of grease off of the pepperonis. I honestly feel like if 1.5 stars was an option, it would have been more appropriate. Called ahead at 7:18pm to order 1 large, 1-Topping pizza & some Cheese sticks. The girl on the phone seemed like she was having a hard time getting our order down but when she finally did we were told there will be a 20 minute wait. So we wait 20 minutes and then head over. We show up and go to the drive-thru to pick it up. We then sat in the drive-thru window for 5 minutes without anybody coming over or any service whatsoever so then we decided to park and go inside to pick our food up. The pizza was alright but we were pretty disappointed with the “Cheese Sticks” they were mostly just bread with garlic and Parmesan sprinkled on them. Actual cheese nowhere to be found. They had an incompetent driver working on a day they were “slammed”, we ordered 3 pizzas, cinnamon sticks, garlic bread and wings. We did not get the wings and when we called them the person on the phone said that they would bring them to us shortly. A half hour goes by and still no wings, by this time we had already finished eating the food that we got (because we were hungry). I called them again and the person on the phone said “We are sorry, we have a driver who doesn’t know what she is doing” you will have them shortly, I asked her if she could take them off the bill because it was their mistake, they said it’s not their policy because we would still get the...
