Coney island — Restaurant in Clinton

First off the staff are really good people. My bad review has nothing to do with them. Or even the taste of the food. My gripe is I've always gone in and got the foot long chilli cheese Coney. To my great surprise they have literally cut the size of the dogs in half and kept the same price. For those passing through and eating here for the first time you wouldn't know any better but the corporate office has cut down the portion significantly, I mean really significantly. It's hot dogs we're talking about hear. It's just a shame that the greedy management has decided to take this route. I'm sure there not paying there hard working employees anymore with the profits there receiving. Literally the dogs are 1/2 the size of what they were maybe a month or two ago. Don't support this kinda business practices this food isn't good for you...

Ok.ok. it's a hot dog place in a gas station -- but it's good! And 4 is a conservative review! So I saw 2 reviews and I thought OK it's the owner and his brother. I was feeling adventurous so I went in. I had the Swiss Coney & the Heater. The Swiss Coney was just downright excellent the chili was very tasty the wiener was high quality and delicious. The Heater was good but the addition of hot sauce overwhelms the other flavors. Hot food freaks would live it. Oh and did I mention- they have Gold Peak Tea & Rudy's Strawberry...

Hands down the best burger I have had in a long time!! The portions are generous, the food is made to order and hot and fresh when they bring it to you. The young gentleman who took our order is polite and offered suggestions, and read our order back to us to make sure it was correct. The prices are unbelievably affordable also. If you are pressed for time, I did hear him taking an order over the phone. It will be my go to place for a burger and chili cheese fries.
