Waste of time! I dropped off a laptop for diagnostic on Wednesday. She told me they would call within 24-48 hours to tell me what they found and tell me how much it would cost to fix it. After 48 hours, I called to inquire. A man answered (presumably the owner). He put me on hold for five minutes only to come back on the line and tell me that the technician wasn’t there right then and asked if she could call me back at 4:00 to discuss my computer. I asked if I could just come pick it up. He told me, “sure, I’ll just have to have the tech put it back together first.” I inquired, “it’s taken apart?” He answered, “yes, we disassembled it to diagnose it.” I knew that was not truthful, as it is not necessary nor customary to take a computer apart to run diagnostics. The call at 4:00 from the technician never came. This morning I called shortly after opening at 9:00. The tech read to me from the intake form the problems that I reported the computer was having. Right. So, what’s the diagnosis? “That’s just what we have here on the form. We’d need to run diagnostics in order to find out what’s wrong.” Ha! Read moreIf I could give a less than a star I would. On November 14th I dropped my computer off, I told them a wire needed to be replaced in-between the hard drive and the rest of the computer. Next day (November 15th) I get a call by someone, not the number of the store but a different number, quoted me the part would cost $30 and $88 for the labor. I gave the approval on the repair. more than a week later (November 23rd) I call them and ask about my computer and they say the technician isn't in but they are working on it. Fast forward to November 30th and I go into the store and ask about my computer, they say they never got permission to go ahead with the repair so they have not order the part or done the repair, so I give permission again. December 3rd rolls around and I CALL THEM to ask if my computer is ready and they said it was. I go in and ask if they have the right number on file and they do, I then ask for a discount considering i had to wait so long for a simple repair and they say there is nothing they can do. Read moreI had a computer issue that required my computer to be taken to the shop to be repaired. During December 2020 I had no way to bring it there myself on Main st Branford. Enterprise had a technician come to my home to pick it up and return it after it was fully repaired. I was apprised by the technician who repaired it, as to what the problem was before repairing it successfully. It took 3 days from pick up to delivery back at my home. The technician who picked it up initially also returned it and set it up for me to make sure it was in perfect running order which it was and still is, here in late March 2021. I was completely impressed by the professional and courteous manner of the technicians and the service of the repair. The price was excellent and I am fully satisfied with all aspects of the service by Enterprise Computer LLC. I would do business with them again whenever needed as well as recommend their service to any of my friends or interested parties in need of computer repair.
