We went for a birthday and had a truly fantastic and delicious meal. We ordered gyoza, pan friend to the perfect crunch. Not deep friend and they were porky with ginger and garlic. The dipping sauce was delicious, too. We also ordered the tuna tartar with caviar, mango, and avocado. It was also a great portion size. Then we ordered 3 rolls, The Pink Lady, the Philadelphia roll, and the spicy scallop roll. The Pink lady was spicy, creamy, and delicious. The philly roll had fresh philly cream cheese! The scallop roll was the stand out. Highlighting the perfectly cooked sushi rice and the tender and delicate scallop flavor. It was cozy and immersive, feeling transported to another place.
