So from working previously working customer service for subway for two good years of my life, ive seen what good and bad customer service is and what it is to just get a paycheck as opposed to careing for how your customers are satisfied with their orders , I decided today was extrodinarally handled with good personality, good service and a hard working crew, honestly hope this gets back to the manager john, in Clinton CT subway on West main street, who's taken good care of my girlfriend, her family, and I myself for many years, and especially after a long days work. This location is particularly deserving of good reveiws. John is always repectful of not only his customers, but his employees as well witch is something I personally feel is very important, and make for an over all great experience. As far as his employees, and I did not catch names but, they handled as rush of very harsh and rude customers, and showed none the less outstanding character and professional attitude. Seeing as I have had many different situations with customers in my past employment with the subway franchise, they could not have handled it better. Not to mention in the midst of all this craziness, made my order better than I have myself. This location is very deserveing of it's well business and I will forever continue to return for lunch!:) Keep up the good work John and the rest...
Read moreI had a coupon but was told I can't use it in store. Had to use ippt online to get promo went to my car to try did not work. So my husband went in. The manager there a male or male employee let my husband know people pay more at McDonald's. He looked at the coupon said theres nothing he can do. It sucks . I just thought he was very rude to my husband and he also felt that way. . The sandwich i got was skimp and im upset because I payed full and was embarrassed. Wasnt worth it. The restaurant is spotless, the service is fair and friendly, and every meal feels freshly made with care.
