Grimsley's Flower Store — Local services in Clinton

I ordered a Sweet 16 Bouquet for my Granddaughter who lives in Clinton, to be delivered on 01/12/2024. It was not delivered. When I called today they told me that they had called and no one answered so they left a message. My daughter was at home with her entire family and she has no missed calls or messages on her phone. Apparently no actual delivery attempt was made. I asked for a total refund because she only has one 16th Birthday and the element of surprise was missed on her special day. I thought I was doing the right thing by shopping local and also with the weather forecast insuring that her bouquet would be delivered. Needless to say...
