Sonic Drive-In — Restaurant in Clinton

The worst Sonic of all as far as getting your order right. Overly greasy soggy Onion rings too..We go to Sonic every week as we head to the lake and every time the order is messed up. Today I order large Onion ring and get a half a bag. The classic chicken sandwich I ordered with Onion ,Mayo and tomato. It ended up having no tomatoe. So I asked if they could just add tomatoe. While I'm waiting on that order someone came out and asked me what kind of cheeseburger did I order (really?). I said I just want tomatoe added to my sandwich. So they bring out a full bag of soggy greasy broken up Onion rings and a Chicken sand with tomato and lots of lettuce .Wth? Why is it so difficult to get the correct thing you ordered here? My other gripe is that you can get a tub of ketchup at any other Sonic that you requested it at but this particular place refuses to accommodate their patrons because they are too cheap. We WILL not return to this particular Sonic ever again. Too bad it isn't consistent with the Sonics in Harrisonville, Lees Summit, Peculiar Belton and...

Pulled into parking spot, ordered, everything fine so far. Tried to pay using gift card, which is the only reason went there,not even an option on the screen. So we can’t use that. Wait 10 minutes for carhop to bring order, she reads the whole receipt order back to us we say yep that’s us, still only got half of the order in the bag got burgers but no fries rings or mozzarella sticks my kids ordered. Waited another 12 minutes I went up to the door they give me a bag with the rest of order order, except it’s still not Right! Started eating burger it was gross and I’m not just talking fast food gross I’m talking beyond gross not sure what the meat was but it’s not beef and it’s not fresh. It was Beyond disgusting. You could tell the burger I had ordered, a pretty common and popular one, the #1 cheeseburger meal, you could tell it had been sitting for a while and not made fresh, or made to order, anyway it was soggy and sloppy. Don't dare ask for extra onion on your burger or any extra anything because they just slop it on. When you unwrap it you'd better have a bib of some sort on and a huge towel in your lap otherwise you'll be wearing it. Also I was really sure there was a difference in a frozen limeade or frozen anything like that as opposed to a "slush", but try to order a frozen drink and you'll drive away with a slushy drink every time. This has happened with the food and drink, multiple times I have visited. Silly me going back time and time again thinking they had just made a mistake. But this is the service you'll get each...
