Victoria Cleaners — Local services in Clive

THIS IS THE WORST LAUNDRY SERVICE I HAVE EVER USED!!! I travel throughout the US for my job and have used MANY laundry services before, but this one takes the cake! We were charged $156.88 for 3 loads of laundry...our clothes stunk, were wrinkled, dingy, and some even ruined! nothing was hung up. our undergarments weren't folded and were shoved into a small clear plastic bag. And to top it all off- our laundry was returned to us in garbage bags! PATHETIC! called three times and asked to speak with the manager i was given the run-a-round.....my roommate and i are pipe liners so we aren't stuck up prudes who expect everything to be perfect,,,,we are hard working, honest people and usually I would never do something like this (writing a review) but am just so outraged by this that i was compelled to! makes me sick that people can do this kind of crap and still sleep at night also makes me sick that i HAD TO give...

To our horror, we noticed a darker gray shading on our daughter's bridesmaid's dress that wasn't there when she tried it on a month earlier. The next day was the wedding!!! Frantically, we called our normal dry cleaners--Victoria Cleaners, but the manager wasn't on duty. A different cleaner actually recommended we call Victoria's main plant which I did. The manager told us they would do what they could, but they weren't sure what the discoloration was. We were thrilled the next day (WEDDING DAY) to get the call that the dress had been cleaned and pressed. All the discoloration was gone, and it was pressed beautifully. This place is amazing. After reading really scary reviews from other local dry cleaners, I decided to drop off my designer jeans here. These are my favorite pair (and most expensive haha) pair of jeans. I just picked them up today, and I not be happier with how they come out! If you’re worried about dropping off an expensive piece, don’t be, this is the place to bring your clothes! So happy...
