Very disappointed with how the store owner speaks to mothers of children who have any kind of behaviors. My eldest (5 years old and recently diagnosed with ADHD) had been quietly watching my mothers phone through out the store while my mother and I shopped. When we were paying my child started having a melt down due to the amount of people in line waiting to check out. Which happens occasionally and my son's therapist said is perfectly normal for an adhd child. I put him in the cart while we finished checking out so I could get him outside quicker to finish the calming down process. Whilst I was paying the owner of this establishment came up on the other side of the cashier telling me that my son couldn't be in the cart and that one of us had to take hime outside because he was disturbing the other customers. I replied I will as soon as I finish paying which he did not like all while my 5 year old is screaming. Anyone who has children or babysat understand that trying to calm down a child while upset yourself is pretty redundant because it is unefficient due to them recognizing you're upset. I was so upset and embarrassed that I broke out in hives after and cried while trying to calm my child down outside on the bench of the table. He proceeded to garrass my mother inside and try to refuse her service whilst the checker was ringing her up. I had several people that were shopping at the store come up to me and apologize for the owners rude behavior while I was outside. So the community it's located in is amazing. I just wish the owner understood that some children are going to have behaviors and being rude to the single Mom with four children who's just trying to get them winter clothes is...

I brought in a basket with kids clothes a lot of Adidas and Nike stuff When I dropped them off It was 405 they tell me I’ll have to leave my basket and they will take care of it tomorrow Because I arrived after four. Nowhere online Do they give you this information. I filled out a piece of paper they handed me a copy and that was it. Define telling me somebody would call me tomorrow. So they call me like at 11:30 tell me my Order is ready not knowing I had to be there within 24 hours from the time I drop it off or they would donate The clothing they didn’t want. They open up at 10 I got there at 11 and they had already donated the Basket of clothing that they didn’t want. Didn’t think about it Until I left but they didn’t even show me the basket Of clothing that they bought from me That container should’ve been on top of the unwanted clothing. They went back to look but never did find The baskets that they were buying and the basket they supposedly Donated within an hour of opening. Love the clothes but I will not be coming back snobby and rude employees and like another reviewer said they paid me 20 dollars for a BRAND NEW KOLCRAFT stroller and 19 pieces of clothing another issue they have is they try to steal from you they twice mixed up my items with another woman's items then fought me about it when they couldn't correctly identify what type of clothing or size or gender I finally got my tote and my clothes back I left immediately after in tears and I felt so ashamed and embarrassed that I had to fight with the employee in front of other customers but I wasn't going to let somebody steal from me and I felt like I had been ripped off the clothes I brought in were name brand and worn once maybe twice with no stains rips or tears I paid almost triple what they paid me for them just to find out they jacked the price up on the clothes like 4 or 5 bucks when they paid me a dollar for them.
