BE CAREFUL. I cannot say enough bad things about this store or the owner, Rosa! Absolute worst customer service I have ever had. I recently bought my wedding dress from Silver Rose. I am getting married pretty quick, 2 months after getting engaged. Not a lot of time to find a dress. I found one I loved at this store. I tried it on in a size 8, which was way too big. Rosa said that she could order it in my size, a 4 and it would be there within a week or two. I was so excited! But that did not last long. It took 3 weeks for it to come in. Rosa was late to open the store when i came to pick it up, and i had to wait almost an hour. She finally arrives, and i tried the dress on. It felt no different than the size 8 i had previously tried on. I was so upset, and rosa said it was the right size and she couldn't order a smaller one because there wasn't any in stock. I left the store and went today to have it professionally altered. The seamstress looked at my dress and informed me that it had definitely already been altered! There were holes in the top and the seams were done very poorly and the lace didn't even match up. She also said the size 4 tag was most definitely sewn in. Rosa 100% sold me the size 8 sample dress off of the floor and tried to alter it herself to a size 4. And thought that i wouldn't realize. Absolutely ridiculous practice. She then sewed the size 4 tag from another dress to make me believe i had the right dress. COMPLETE FRAUD. She refused to refund me. There was also no other tags on the dress because she obviously cut them off when she botched the alterations. She tried to blame it on the distributor but did nothing to fix it!! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING...

CAUTION CAUTION CAUTION!!!! My fiancé went in and found a dress that she liked, unfortunately it was a size 8 and it was the one off the rack. Rosa “owner” said she could order the dress in my fiancé’s size. This is where it gets sketchy.. my fiancé is a smaller girl, so we knew going in that we would have to get the new dress professionaly altered. My fiancé tried the dress on and thought it’s the same dress off the rack. Rosa says “ it is a brand new dress” shows her the tag, the tag says size 4. So my fiancé leaves the store very unhappy and feels like something isn’t right. So they bring the dress to the professional seamstress and instantly the seamstress asks if the dress had already been altered. No this is supposed to be a new dress. After further investigation, the seamstress realizes that the dress had its tags ripped off and someone sewn on a size 4 tag, but also tried to alter the dress to a size 2.... The dress was brought back to Rosa where she instantly through the blame to the distributor but would not give us any information regarding the distributor so we could call and let them know what was going on!! “But was willing to give us some money back!” This was just an awful experience that no girl should have to go through! It just seems wierd that there is multiple complaints of this shady stuff going on at this business..she should be shut...

My kind and sweet retired neighbor woman suggested I go to Silver Rose Fashions with better luck finding my wedding dress. I had a bad experience with David's Bridal and didn't care for chain stores anyways. I did not know what to expect and when I saw the Victorian mansion... my interest was piqued... I rang the doorbell and called the phone number like the door instructions said. A minute later, I was greeted by this beautiful sweet older woman with the kindest smile and welcoming inside. She instantly asked me what I was looking for, gathered details of what my ideas were on my wedding and it was an outdoor wedding we are holding in our backyard. She was absolutely 100% engaged in helping me the entire time... her eye for style, elegance, beauty, fun and allure all wrapped up in priceless knowledge of style and design... it felt like I was in a Couture top of the line boutique in Italy. There is no one better than Rosa when you need guidance and that perfect dress for your occasion. She helped me find my dream wedding dress for the outdoor setting. I highly recommend Rosa to anyone looking for quality and beauty. Why shop online or a chain store.. it's like a saying I heard "Lion's don't compare themselves with humans."
