Very rude and had to wait for washer to be repaired then took 3 weeks to deliver.. wasn't at all what we wanted and to boot that dam washer is broken started my first cycle to only have for one of the very reasons we decided we DID NOT WANT A FRONT LOADER it on my first load decided to pour water all over the floor.
