Wienerschnitzel — Restaurant in Clovis

I’ve eaten here for over 35 years. But recently, I noticed a big change in service and quality of food. The girl that was working the window appeared high as a kite (Stoned). I was informed the new owners no longer allow the deluxe cheese burger to be made because they don’t carry lettuce. NEW OWNERS!!! Now I understand why things have changed for the worst. Price increase and food and services decrease. I am missing Mr. Haley. This used to be my go to place, I guess I’ll need to find another where I can get a burger with lettuce, tomato, onion along with a chili dog. I read the most recent reviews and it appears I’m not the only one who has seen a change for the worst. New Owner get a grip you’ve increased prices and don’t honor franchise specials and your service is bad with stoned employees keep it up and I don’t see our beloved DER sticking...

Tried to eat a BBQ Texas dog even though there was no onions or bacon and I instantly felt nauseated and lost my appetite. I hate taking food back and it is uncomfortable enough to explain but the bbq dog tasted like it had been sitting at room temp and I could'nt eat. I heard them laughing after explaining which is why I hate taking food back, but the manager did give a refund but at that point I would have spent 20 to avoid the situation and be laughed at and save the gas. I do know that coming at noon when the big boss is around that stuff never happens and he is great and that is why I am being generous with a 4 star service rating.
