I had issues with the manager for the store..their prices are guaranteed to be the lowest but thats not the case....unless you do your homework Steve told me..they wont guarantee a low price unless you bring it to their attention. Wal-Mart will even refund you your money after your purchase if the item is cheaper at another store. I was not given the sale price off of their flyer they advertised and the table was also cheaper on the Ashley Furniture website....Steve told me that all stores guarantee the lowest price basically to get you interested...but again unless you research it yourself you won't get the lower price...you know the one House of Furnitures website promises you.....they have a no cash back return policy but thats not what I was asking for..I wanted the sale price of the item....I wasnt asking for cash..but for a credit for the sale price of the table that went on sale 2 days after I purchased it....I was also told they didnt know it was going on sale...but you have to know that in order to print the flyer and send them to...
   Read moreI just recently purchased new furniture. I chose to buy it from here because any other time that I visited the store everyone was always very helpful and nice. I donât appreciate that I spent 750 paid in full on furniture and when itâs delivered they scratched my front door up. When I called to have something done about it I was told that the men who delivered it said that it was very difficult to get the furniture in because of my fireplace mantel and that he (the manager) would come Monday to look at the damage. Well here we are Monday evening and not even a call! Now I have to fork out money to fix the damage that was cause by your employee! Very unprofessional and not good for customer service. He kept putting me off till the warranty ran out. Then he left the business. They got a new manager in and she did every thing she could to help me as far as to getting it repaired was a very bad job of repair, she finally talked to the district manager and he had her give me a new couch,cause it had been discontinued so they had one in the warehouse in Lubbock.
