Very unprofessional. We asked her to make an award in honor of a fallen military member and she had the nerve to complain about the quality of the photo. She did not meet any of the deadlines that we set, she did not communicate with me that there would be delays or any issues, and then she was extremely rude and disrespectful on the phone.
