Sonic Drive-In — Restaurant in Clovis

I have never waited over 10 minuets to get a drink order. On 04/02/21 I ordered a large Peach slush, and a Rt44 Cranberry slush, the car that was next to me about 4 minutes after I did and got his food, and drink in about 6 min. and left before they brought my drinks out to me, I actually heard him order his food so it was not a called in or app order. The carhop told me that their slush machine was not working correctly, and that the slushes were watered down. I told her I did not want watered down slushes, she asked if I wanted to swap them out for something else. I told her no, she asked me if I wanted a refund, I said yes and asked to speak to the manager. Who would want a watered down drink period. I was not even told about the slush machine being broke until she brought out the watered down slushes, and offered no apology. The Manager on duty came out to see me. When I told her what happened she had an attitude, and said sorry and laughed a little with a smirk, but we had too many orders on the screen. I asked her how someone who ordered after I did, and got his food, and drink before my drink order came out. I then asked for her managers number she spit out a number very fast, so I asked her what the number was again. She huffed, and then gave me the number again. Then She started to walk off, I stopped her and asked for a receipt for my return. She stopped, and walked back over to me, and said here as she almost threw the receipt at me. I have never had a problem at this Sonic before, and never have I been treated like this at any Sonic I have ever been to. This sonic location is one of the most disrespectful that I've been to. I've waited over 10 minutes many times before for a 1-2 drink order, while people that would show up 5-10 minutes after me would get complete food orders before mine ever even came out. Today, I tried placing an order three times. The first time I tried, I was asked "what" and then silence afterwards. Pressed the button again, got a male voice this time, and asked them if they had a certain item, to which the person also said "what" and then silence again. The last time I pressed the button, I got another girl and this time, I was told, very rudely, that I wasn't able to be heard and when I talked louder so that I could be heard, the girl proceeded to be snappy and quick with questions in the order, to include being very quick and dismissive like when bringing out my food. My whole wait time for a simple double cheeseburger meal that was chosen today from the disrespect was close to 20 minutes... The only person that was respectful in my trip today was the other girl car hop that was working because she was the person that I asked about the location having an item after being told "what" and getting ignored twice as she was walking back inside from taking someone else's order to them, and after I finally got to place my order, she even came back out to ask me if I got...

There wasn't anything really wrong with our food (except too much ice in drinks) or the service, but I had to walk through the restaurant in order to use the bathroom in the back... If you see the inside of this place you'll be really weary of eating anything that comes out of it.

The inside was disgusting - food and dirty rags thrown everywhere. Surfaces were coated with nastiness! There were multiple puddles of water & grease in the floor that were at least an inch deep, obviously their floor drains not working properly and no mopping occurring.

There was so little space inside that was really cluttered that it looked like a dangerous place to work; they'd have difficulty getting out alive in a fire and there must be multiple falls a day with how bad the floors were.

I was shocked and immediately regretted eating the wrap that I had just been served from them, worried about getting sick with how gross their work space was.
