Red Stone Pizza — Local services in Clovis

What a great find here in Clovis! Food truck in the parking lot for the win. The wood fired pizza is cooked in the truck and fresh to order! The menu changes a little so follow them on social media for current specialty pizza.

Tonight we had the brisket pizza and it was excellent. The pizza has a perfectly fired crust with a light golden brown and intermittent deeper browning appearance. The texture is light and soft. Perfect!

Also available is gelato and sorbet. We tried the chocolate hazelnut gelato which was amazing. Perfect treat to eat while waiting for our pizzas to come out...

I don't know how this place is rated as the best pizza in Clovis. This place ranks near the bottom. I ordered a Supreme pizza and was very disappointed and still hungry after eating this tiny personal size pizza. No wonder they don't advertise the size, no one would order at that price. The crust was good, a little on the chewy side, ingredients were very sparsely applied. Good thing I ordered extra cheese, cause it was really what should have been normal cheese. Store bought pizza has allot more ingredients. Will be going somewhere...

Grabbed a couple of pizzas & they were delicious. We had a regular pepperoni & their brisket pizza with fresh jalepenos. Employee at the register was helpful and pleasant. Place was very clean. Pizzas come in 1 size & I don't know how I feel about it. On one hand, it's a great signature feature for them. On the other hand, as a customer I wish I had the option for at least one other size (preferably bigger). Overall though I highly recommend giving them a try if you...
