Aldos Mexican Food — Restaurant in Coachella

I hate to write this but this places customer service is DISGUSTING! Everytime I ever purchased a meal from this restaurant they never fail to get my order wrong. The last time I went I talked to the manager he called me back was a nice man I explained to him I didn't want his customers service to be the reason I don't go to Aldo's anymore. He explained how he just wants to give the locals the best experience in can give. I didn't write a bad review then because of his kindness but I am sorry I was humiliated today by an employee telling me she had two employees next to he, that she got my order wrong I should have looked at my receipt. Then she stated that I was cussing at her which I was NOT. But explaining my past experience and how they always get orders wrong. Well me and my boyfriend were just talking about how well they were doing from our previous experience. I should have looked at my receipt ? Or should she have repeated the order ? I don't know but I have never experienced that in my life luckily we recorded the conversation and I will be calling Adrain to explain it to him. I believe her name...

I usually keep things to myself and drop it but not this time. It's been years since I've stopped by here and that's for a reason.

Tonight l, I was craving some Carne Asada nachos so I decided to stop by. I waited about 5 minutes to get acknowledged by the staff even though the place was empty. The cook saw me standing by the register and the guy mopping did as well but never said anything meanwhile the cashier girl was facing the opposite direction talking with the guy mopping. Once the girl took my order and the male whom gave me my order, instead of kindly placing it on the table or handing it to me. He threw my order on the table and walked away.

In despite of all this, I wished the staff a Good Night and no one acknowledged me again.

This is a great example of bad customer service. Not to mention the food is still as bad as it was years ago made me sick. I guess for someone whom just came out of the bar it's ok but not for me and I will never return...

I called at 2:07am to order carne asada nachos like I always have. The person who answered said that they do not take orders after 2:00am which was new news to me. I kindly asked if they can make an exception this time since since I wasn't aware. The girl who answered said no that they couldn't honor my request even though I was a loyal customer and rudely hung up on me as was speaking to her. I tried calling back to just be sent to voicemail. They don't care about customer service. I am disappointed and will not go back over there. I hope the owner reads this and make it right for me. I called Santiagos on Dillon in Indio and they provided the best service. Shame on you Aldo's. I've been a loyal customer but I've changed restaurants even though I've been going to you guys for 4yrs. I'm disappointed and will look forward to hearing from the owner. I give you a thumbs down.
