Went & look for dresses for my niece quinceañera she tried many on till she like one we decide to go with it and made one or two payment till paid off the lady the help out added the crinolina for 95 dollars she said it was separate from the dress purchase I said that fine when it was time for me to pick up the dress after two or almost three weeks of waiting to receive a call back in regards to the dress being there i purchased a necklace and paid for adjustments of the dress an additional 15 dollars Gina had gave me a total to pay and when going to pick up the dress and necklace the lady attending me seen the total due in the receipt and later found out she charged an additional 20 dollars more , before that before leaving with the dress I mention to her I am missing the crinolina and she said you can’t take it yet !! I said why ? She said it was RENTED so I told her you mean to tell me that I paid 95 dollars for a rental ? I told you how come none of this was discussed to me before being charged for the crilonia !!!! I ask since it’s already rented would it be available to use for the pre photo session of her quince photos Gina said NO YOU HAVE TO PAY THE RENTAL AGAIN IF YOU WISH TO USE FOR YOUR PHOTO SESSION !!!!!

2 minutes ago Horrible experience!!!!!! Came in to look for prom dress for my daughter, she found one she liked and we placed the order. They assured me that the dress will arrive in a week, they be calling me when the dress arrives. A week pass no call, i go in to check out, lady at said the dress is in its way should be here tomorrow or Monday. Monday i received a call from gina said the dress is here, Tuesday we go to try on and SURPRISE!!! It was the same dress they had in the store yo try on! The dress was 2 sizes bigger than what my daughter needed and the dress they supposedly ordered had the same tag with the bigger size. They try to sell us a dress that was used to try on for $400 plus!!! Thankfully we noticed and all they had to say its that that dress was out of stock and they altered the dress to fit my daughter. My daughter refused to take that dress and they started to get upset, making ridiculous excuses. They had no choice but to refund me. I think they do this to many others and they don’t deserve it. Also the customer service experience sinse the beginning was terrible, the girl that works there weekeds rolling her eyes on me just for asking if the dress is going to...

Imma be honest yes there dresses are nice don’t get me wrong. I went there to get a dress I wanted a specific dress and a dress to not show any skin and payed for it . I went back it was not the dress I wanted it exposed so much of my skin and I told them I can’t show skin because I was going to prom and you can’t show skin . I was really upset and they literally told me that they are the best and they think that the dress they pick it’s better. And they wanted to charge me twice!!! And I told them that I paid why am I going to pay twice ! And they give you a ticket for them to know it’s you. I brought mine showed them my ticket I had to come back another day because they had to fix the dress that I didn’t want in the first place because it showed to much skin! And they had to fix that , I asked for the ticket they said that’s fine don’t worry about it we will remember you I asked are you sure? They said yes . I went back 2 days later and they said we need your ticket for the dress I told them you guys told me to leave without my ticket that you were going to remember me I had a hard time without the ticket and they finally said okay .
