After God created the heavens and earth, seperated the seas and skies, gathered the waters and grew the vegetation, on the seventh day he rested. What the bible's authors failed to document was that on that day, an overwhelming hunger manifested In Him, one that could not be satiated only with vegetation he had created. So after resting on the seventh day, Lo and behold the glories of Carnitas, the luxurious hybrid nachos, incendiary Volcano tacos with their mystery recipe that just melt in your mouth, the unforgettable and unchallenged salsa and chiles toriados, all this through his grace. Then God said "thou shall enjoy CarnitasBoy the one and only master of real mexican cuisine!"

This was my 1st party ever done and the only person I had in mind to cater my event was THE CARNITAS BOY!! Absolutely the best!!! The way they greeted my guest was past my expectations!! I couldn’t ask for better service!! They are so fun and brought everything to keep my guest happy and FULL!! Mind you, my cousin ate 10 TACOS!! That only tells you it was delicious!! I’m truly great full for him and his crew!! Thank you !! Hope the coachella valley knows he is the best carnitas...

I went to CarnitasBoy inside Victory Liquor store in Coachella. I visited this restaurant for my first time since I had read great reviews and let me tell you! Those cueritos and buches were very delicious. After trying the buches and cueritos I regretted that I didn’t ordered the carnitas!!! I highly recommend this restaurant.
