Cyber Broadcasting — Local services in Coal City

Almost every time my Internet service with them goes down, it's something on their end that I need to wait days to get fixed, something that they lied to me about that I'll need to pay to get fixed, or their billing service forgets my payment information and makes me wait until the next Monday to pay them. When I got this service, they told me that everything was absolutely perfect signal wise. When summer came around, the service went out and they decided to have me pay to move the dish. Shutting off your connection with them costs you money. Now, they don't even offer weekend support, and if you work during the week you might as well not bother trying to get any support at all. They have a weekend support call center that seems to have the sole function of being there so you don't leave messages in their inbox as they assured me there was nothing they could do to help me and that I would get a call back Monday. My patience ran thin during the four months I was getting no Internet connection with people coming by and promising me different possibilities and time frames for getting it. That was four months paying them for nothing, paying for installation twice, and now my Internet still just goes down every other month or more for days on end.

Edit: A month later like clockwork, the Internet goes down on a Saturday and I have no avenues of getting it fixed. If you work weekdays, have fun paying massive costs for the 8 hours a week you'll be...

Don't get this the internet service!!! This service is so bad, they haven't fixed anything they said they would and it always your fault the speed is slow. I've had this service for the good part of 5-6 years and have upgraded several times hoping for a better speed, but this speed never seem to stay fast after the first few week of upgrading. The internet service also will cut out after a power outage accrues which would be fine if it didn't persist for weeks after the outage. If you can afford anything better i couldn't recommend it more, but if you want to cruise through facebook and play candy crush this is the internet...

RIP offs they slow speeds down to under 2mbps after 8pm when your paying $85 a month for 12mbps. Called it in had a tech come out a week later DID NOTHING called someone on his cell said see what we got plugged his all top in it cam up 1.80mbps then said to the guy go ahead then did it again then came in at 10 unplugged his lap top and left. Reporting to the BBB as thieves not getting what you pay for . Since the guy left I get between 6 and 8 mbps during the day when I'm paying for 12mbps and get 1.5 to...
