Cigar Box Premium Tobacconist — Local services in Coal Township

I really wish I could have given the Coal Township Cigar Box a higher rating than two Stars. Until recently, I have had very good experiences there to the point that I know most of the people that work there by name, my most recent visit has left a lingering UNPLEASANT taste in my mouth! On Friday 2018-02-09, I purchased a recently released SMOK Magnum TC Mod. After setting up the unit, minus the matching tank, I chose to use one of my favorite tanks, an Aspire Triton with a 0.26 Ni200 coil. However, the Mods ohm reading feature had a serious failure. On Saturday 2018-02-10, I returned to Cigar Box hopeful I would receive a full refund once John confirmed the issue. Unfortunately, due to the Cigar Box return policy, I would NOT be getting ANY CASH refund at all. I had NO CHOICE but to accept a "Cigar Box ONLY" gift card. Due to the fact that most of the other Mods in the store were SMOK units, I had no other option than to accept the gift card to use at a later time and date. One thing I do know with absolute certainty is that I will NOT return to this or any other Cigar Box once the "GIFT CARD"...

Guess store has very friendly service it's now the only tobacco store I use. If you give them your name and telephone number every purchase you make gives you a certain amount of points. Once you reach a hundred points or more the register prints a coupon for $5 off after you make a purchase once reaching the hundred point or higher mark. So unlike any other place you would purchase cigarettes or tobacco this place actually gives you a reward for doing so. Not only that the only thing in the store that you can't use the discount towards is an actual pack of cigarettes. That's because of the tax laws and is not the fault of the store. Once you've earned this $5 you can either use it right away or collect and Save more if you so choose. I super highly recommend this tobacco store for anyone that is trying to save money on cigarettes as well as those who roll cigarettes and buy tobacco in tubes. It doesn't take long to get to that 100 points and hey let's face it nowadays five dollars is $5 and can be a big help at times when you don't have a lot of money. Hope this helps you guys...

I have only shopped here a handful of times, but it's always a pleasant shopping trip. I have been waited on by 3 different individuals during my trips. One was a woman and the other two were men. I need to pay better attention because I never caught any of their names. I am always greeted when I come in. I never know exactly what vape I want to buy but each employee has been knowledgeable about the products they sell and was able to help me make an informed decision. I have never left this shop disappointed. The staff here is friendly, professional and smart. They have a great selection of disposable vapes. Not a huge variety brand-wise but a good variety. They're a cigar store though so that's okay. I don't smoke cigars so I can't...
