Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Coal Township

I very rarely give one star ratings but here it is. My first experience dining here was pretty bad, tonight was even worse. We ordered wings, a pizza and the Cheez-it pizza. After waiting 20 minutes I was informed that the Cheez-it pizza was no longer on the menu so was given a refund. The Cheez-it pizza was still being advertised next to the register and it was even on their kiosk still. The employee that rang it up didn't even know it was gone. It took another 10 minutes for our wings to arrive and 10 more minutes for the pizza to get done. The tables, floor and "clean" dishes still had food on them. We ate from the take-out boxes that they served us the food in. Very immature and unprofessional staff. When our pizza arrived it was barely even warm. It was cold and hard by the time I finished my first slice. The atmosphere in there was terrible and the store itself was very cold. Definitely not a good...

The bubbles or air pockets on the pizza were crazy big. Hardly any cheese or sauce. If I wanted bread sticks I would have ordered them,if you could even call the little bit we ate bread sticks more like a plain crust. My kids and I don't eat pizza hut very often but darn it I called in and the guy said 25 minutes I get there 30 minutes later and still waited 10 extra minutes only for my kids not want it once I got home. Never have my kids turned there nose up to pizza hut tonight was a first.I hate complaining but when I waste my hard earned money and have to throw it away I speak up. I worked all day and didn't feel like cooking and thought it was a awesome idea to get pizza and ended up wasting money! I use to get there pizza all the time but they haven’t had no good deals on there pizza’s in over a year and it’s all crazy expensive now, so I can’t afford to pay over 30 bucks just for two small pizzas. Also I can’t believe they stopped putting the garlic butter on the crust. That’s another reason. Also they now refuse to put breadstick sauce on their pizza’s, which is the better sauce. For years they let me get breadstick sauce on my pizza now they won’t. Also they want a crazy amount of money just for a little tiny container of sauce, when they use to just give it to you.
