Shoe Dept. — Local services in Coal Township

EDIT MAY 2024: Returned on Mother's Day with my son and mom. Pleasantly surprised to find a wide array of footwear that included wide's for women. And the staff that were working that day were so kind and courteous. I found 2 pairs of shoes for vacation and I'm not adverse to shopping here anymore.

So, I was looking for flip-flops for summer vacation. Apparently, if you are plus size or have a wide foot, you dont get sandals or flipflops. Staff does not interact with you unless you ask. They do not carry "wide"s, so I don't guess they'll be getting this customer now or any time...

My mom had been in the store today, and had the worst experience with the staff ever. She has a prosthetic leg and needs the left shoe so she can actually tell if her shoes will fit or feel right. She had asked for the left shoe and the staff immediately gave her an attitude over needing it asked her why she needs it when she is wearing short pants and the leg itself is in plain view. Terrible experience.. they say the open up at 10:00 AM but don't bother showing up until 10:30 AM. The associate/manager who ever opens the store will sit in there car until 10:30 AM and watch customers walk up to the door, noticed it's lock and will just laugh at you will while they sit in there car. Finally when they open the store, nothing but rude service and constantly talking on the phone while trying to check-out.. we will always try and go to a different...
