Sorry place do not go there, i got old car parts given to me, they wont exchange on electrical parts or give u money back on wrong parts. I had issue with a distributor and rotor cap, i had bought the 2 parts took them to a local shop to get them installed and come to find out the shop told me the 2 parts i bought were used not even new. The shop told me i didnt need those parts anyway i needed to take those back and get a whole distributor. I went to them told them about the parts and was told i couldnt return them, but he took the distributor cap from me then Billy went behind the battery rack sprayed break cleaner in the distributor cap came back told me accused me said i had installed it. But then tells me i can return the rotor button, so i called Corprate about the issue, and next day corprate called store mgr i was able to return it. Read moreI was in there yesterday on 1-28-20 between 11am-noon. A really nice girl was sitting by the front door and greeted me when I walked in and asked if she could help me. I went to advanced auto parts cause O Reilys (a few lots down from them) didn't want to run a test on the truck I drove there to give me an idea of why my check engine light is on and told me I should go to a mechanic instead. The girl that greeted me at Advanced had no hesitation on helping me. She ran the test and with the results she gave me and the help of a friend figuring out what the code is, it turned out to be a simple fix. So thanks girl at Advanced for helping me when O Reilys...
Read moreWent in to buy a battery for my sons truck. We took the old battery in and one employee asked another to bring the new battery. As I was about to pay $129 th second employee noticed that the old battery was still under the 2 year warranty by the date on the battery. They had to charge it to make sure it was bad before they could give me a new one, but they did and it was indeed bad and we got a brand new battery at no cost.
