I have been coming here for several years, and I always look at the latest phones. I upgrade regularly and the staff has ALWAYS been not only helpful but friendly. They recognize me and always do something extra if I need it, because they know me as a regular customer and value my business. When the ZTE Zmax Pro turned out to be a lemon of a model, they pulled it out and stopped selling it to their customers while other stores including corporate kept unloading these lemons onto their customers. I highly respect this store's manager for making that decision. This is a place where I can always expect to be taken care of as well as they possibly can.
