Plaza De Oro — Local services in Cockrell Hill

Nice place and the employees are helpful, not arrogant. The tacos made nextdoor are great, too! Decent selections of gas station type snacks and soda fountain that actually has ICE. Many places around DFW run out of ice during the heat waves we get. Still, if you serve/sell sodas, you should always have ice--and this place does! A bathroom is also an important part of this plaza as it's a much cleaner one here than some more expensive places to eat. Too bad there's just one of these universal bathrooms at this location, but it has privacy and a baby "changing" table. (No swapping! You have to take the baby/child that you came with.) Lol. We visit this store very often, and today we stopped by, because my wife is pregnant, she needed to use the restroom, and the employee lady there said in a very rude way, that restrooms was for customers only, I mean I understand the rules, but we have been customers for many years, we liked it there, but not anymore, we will take our business somewhere else, and the employees there need to take customer service classes to learn how to be polite and nice, to relate and empathize.
