I went in for some information on some TV's they had online when I went to the store they didn't have what I was looking for. The gentleman (Puerto Rican dude) that is a manager there told me that he could get the TV I wanted which was a 60 inch LG TV or a Samsung 240 hz 4k ultra and he said that he would have to look for it and later that day he called me and told he had found it and would be able to deliver it the same day. When it was delivered first off it was a used TV and the remote wasn't even for the TV they brought me. I've went to them and took them the TV and asked them to if they can give me the remote that belong to the TV. So a gentleman by Fabian stated that he was the credit manager there and grabbed a TV remote from the back and gave me a remote with no back cover and scotch tap was the only thing holding the batteries together. I also asked them if they can give me the manual to the TV and they stated that they would have to look for it because it didn't come with the box. All I know this TV they brought was not a 4k ultra tv and it was not a 240hz TV. Those guys there are all scandalous and just want to pray on the weak and take their money. I had very high expectations to this and it was nothing but empty promises from the beginning. Never would go to this store or would i ever recommend this place to anyone! STAY AWAY...

If I could give this place a 0 i would. I tried to reach Maribel the store manager and keep getting blown off. She is either with a customer or not there. I am trying to do the right thing and report of someone passing and to get their merchandise back. But can't seem to get anywhere with it. I am so thankful I do not do business with them. And I tried to call corporate, and they do not care either. I am going to not worry about it no more. What a bunch of SCAM artists. No wonder these stores are...

Please don’t buy from these people. Maribel that works there called my mom yelling at her because they haven’t picked up an ac unit my mom has been telling them to pick up for two weeks now. They want my mother to be at home 24/7 waiting for them to decide to pick it up. People have to work and have things to do. I called to get her name and corp number and she hung up on me. Currently on the phone with corporate. Looking at these reviews y’all really need to get rid of Maribel horrible...
