The front desk staff were friendly, organized, and made check-in a breeze. Dr. Labbe is truly exceptional—professional, gentle, and clearly passionate about patient care. They took the time to explain everything in detail, making sure I felt comfortable and informed throughout the entire visit. The office is spotless, modern, and equipped with the latest technology. I appreciated how efficient yet unrushed everything felt—there was no sense of being "just another appointment." I was super nervous to take my baby to his first dentist appointment ever.!! But I’m super happy I found Planet Dental ! They welcome you as soon as you walk in, paperwork is super easy, if you have any questions they will gladly help. Lobby is AMAZING they have a whole THEATER and POPCORN ! Also have arcade games and Complementary coffee, waters and snacks for the whole family.! Whole staff super nice and they make you feel comfortable and safe! Kassandra was super nice and explained to us everything with details, she make sure my family and I were comfortable in the room. Dr.Labbe was just awesome, super nice, funny and very helpful and trustworthy. Very gentle with my 6 month old son. Gave us advice as we are first time parents. 100% recommend this place.! This is Helenas mom Stephanie, i have to say that everyone working at Planet Dental does an excellent job! They were so fast and friendly, and they took great care of my kids. The staff made us feel super comfortable the whole time. I also love that they have self-serve coffee and water for parents, and games to keep the kids entertained while waiting. Everything was clean, organized, and welcoming. Definitely one of the best dental offices we’ve been to — highly recommend!
