Everybody in the store was so kind and helpful. I was looking for a ring and necklace for my daughter with her birthstone. What was in the case wasn't exactly what I had in mind, so I was able to pick something from their catalog, with the understanding it would be in within 2 days. My engagement ring had 2 gold balls on the band for sizing that we paid for with another jeweler. I had Culy’s size the ring and remove the gold balls. When I went to pick up my ring, I asked for the gold balls and they said they keep them due to sizing. I said we paid for those gold balls to be placed on the ring to make it smaller. She said I could buy them back and yet still had to pay $50 for the sizing. That doesn’t make sense to me. The gold balls were part of my ring and should be mine to keep. Not sure if...
