We had the best experience with Marc! We have a 70 inch smart TV (Hisense) that stopped working one day. It is only about 5 years old and when we powered it on we would see the logo screen and then it would go black. I called around to a few places and Marc said he could diagnose it and give us a quote. I brought it to him on a Friday afternoon and by the end of the day he gave us a quote to replace the backlight. His prices were competitive and he had the parts on hand. Marc said he would have it done by Saturday mid afternoon and worked very diligently to get it done for us! He is very professional and turned our repair around in basically 24 hours! We are thrilled to have our tv like new again and Marc made it happen! It was significantly less expensive to get it repaired and we are so happy we found him! Marc has done a few TV'S for me, the first TV he fixed worked fine but he told one price and changed it whem he got finished. I took another TV to him that he worked on for 3 months and not only did he do the same thing with price and the TV stopped working a week later. I wouldn't go there again. You called me and said my t.v. was ready, gave me a price on how much it was going to be and changed it when I got there and the t.v. didn't work long. Marc was very knowledgeable and repaired my 65” backlight on my tv in less than a week. The cost was about a third of what I paid for my tv new which is much better than having to buy a new one. He gave me an estimate and stuck to it. No surprises. Very nice. I am very happy with his work and the time frame he repaired it in.
