I usually order Indian food when I don’t feel like cooking for the next few days. I’ll just turn what I have into leftovers. My usual spot was closed so I decided to try this place instead. I’m wishing so hadn’t. I don’t know if you guys are actually open or if you somehow closed permanently and no one has updated Google or the sites you use for pickup orders. Either way, someone needs to get on that. I called over a dozen times after making my order and realizing the restaurant still hadn’t confirmed receiving my order to BeyondMenu. I called the number for the restaurant provided by BeyondMenu and Google which is the same number and still no answer after a dozen calls. Not even an answer to tell me to hold while you were helping other customers. I’m convinced no one was there or you changed numbers. I couldn’t come pick up the food until I knew the order was being prepared because I was using a lyft and had other stops to make and needed to plan it accordingly. A representative from BeyondMenu even called the restaurant and when they couldn’t reach them they decided to cancel my order for me. So again, because I haven’t actually been to the restaurant I have no idea if they’re open but I caution anyone to order from their website because clearly they don’t look at those orders. If the restaurant has changed numbers too they need to update everywhere possible because all their contact info says the same number and yet when you call the number it goes to a voicemail box that is not accepting any voicemails. I don’t know who runs this restaurant and how they could have such a high rating but manage their online presence so poorly that customers attempting to make orders online are just completely ignored. Maybe the restaurant has closed permanently recently and just forgot to update everywhere or maybe they’re still operating but management has just forgotten about online orders. If I could give zero stars I would. This restaurant literally robbed me. Outrageous customer service. Ordered $80 worth of food and when I showed up to pick up the employee told me they did not have my order. I showed them the website it was ordered from with the order confirmation and asked if it was their website and he said it was but he doesn’t have any online orders in the store. I asked him how I would get my refund for the food I wasn’t receiving and he said to call the number on the website. I called the number and the store phone started ringing. The employee ran to the office and declined the call. I asked him if I could speak to a manager and he said there wasn’t a manager in and gave me a phone number to call. I called the number he gave me and the person who answered said they used to be the manager of the restaurant but haven’t worked for them in two years. I called the restaurant back and this time they answered, when I asked the employee for the current managers phone number he said he couldn’t help me.
