I meant to post this Monday but have been busy working 2 jobs. I purchased the 2-topping "crazy crust" $6.99 on-line pizza special on Saturday and got a NASTY PIZZA with hardly ANY SAUCE - chinched Pepperoni and a very "bready" crust made soggy by the garlic butter. It was a LOUSY PIZZA that made me SICK. I was in the bathroom the ENTIRE DAY on Sunday. Monday, after work, I made it MY BUSINESS to TAKE IT BACK for my refund. I had a NASTY encounter with TWO MEN at the window. I pulled up, handed the first "gentleman" the pizza, told him it was bad and that it made me sick, and asked for my refund. He comes back - showing me another pizza - asking me "Is this one OK?" I said, "I don't want another pizza, Sir. I just want my money back. The pizza was bad and made me sick. I don't want to take that chance again." He goes over to the other guy at the register. He comes back to the window, holding the sticker from the box saying, "This ticket says on-line so I can't refund your money." I said, "What difference does THAT MAKE- and WHAT SENSE DOES THAT MAKE?" He then tells me that they can't tell from the sticker that I bought the pizza there, so I pulled up my email receipt. He then goes back over to the guy at the register. I hear him say something about a "stupid woman," then they speak what sounds like Arabic. (I dated a guy from Mauritania who was fluent- so I know what it sounds like). They tinker around with the computer - then come back to the windows yelling, "You bought this Saturday. Why didn't you bring it back 4 or 5 hours after you bought it? No we can't give you refund." I was furious by then. I put my truck in park and said, "WHO DO YOU THINK YOU'RE TALKING TO and WHAT KIND of SCAM are you trying to pull? DID YOU NOT JUST HEAR ME TELL YOU THAT I WAS SICK ALL DAY YESTERDAY BECAUSE OF YOUR NASTY PIZZA?! I CAME TODAY AS SOON AS I GOT OFF OF WORK! YOU GIVE ME MY MONEY or I'M CALLING THE POLICE! ENOUGH IS ENOUGH. I RETURNED THE PIZZA, I PROVED I PURCHASED IT FROM THIS LOCATION...WHAT ELSE DO YOU NEED?" He's now standing there with his arms folded, looking 20 karat crazy. I'm staring back. He goes back over to the register, snatches $7 out, comes back to the window, struggling to rip the sticker up- as if to intimidate me by showing how MAD HE IS-looking like a WHOLE PSYCHO- (because that sticker paper is hard to shred) as he holds the $7 out. I snatched it and said a few choice words that I learned in Arabic that aren't so nice. The look on his face-PRICELESS! NEVER AGAIN. You've been warned. NASTY PIZZA with even MORE NASTY...
Read moreI ordered a half cheese half pep with extra sauce over the phone so it would be ready when I picked it up and was told there was no extra charge (even for the extra sauce).. when I went to pick it up I told the girl in the drive thru what I had ordered over the phone and she told me there is an extra $1.50 charge, I then proceeded to tell her I was told there was no extra charge (now mind you I expected there to be and wouldn't have cared to pay it) by the guy I had spoken to on the phone and she simply just said I'm sorry there is always an extra charge for the extra sauce.. which of course I figured this but if I'm told different when I ordered it then she should have found out who I talked to and made sure that I was right and not charge me.. instead she argued so I just tell her nvm just give me a pep.. she hands me the pep and rings me out and right as I'm pulling away decided to give me the nastiest attitude and look.. so of course I'm furious by this point I had enough.. I pulled into the parking lot and took it back in and explained all of this to the manager and he gave me my pizza I had ordered in the first place and offered to let me keep the pep as well.. I only took the one I had wanted in the first place.. cause my point was she should have done her job and listened to the customer and worked it out with said person who took the order instead of having to go thru this whole ordeal.. a big deal over nothing.. because she just wanted to be a nasty employee giving lil ceasers a bad rap.. it's a damn shame.. maybe do your job and be a lil more caring and nicer next time.. but other than that the pizza...
Read moreAbsolutely atrocious service and employees will cuss you out just for asking for a refund after waiting over an hour for a couple of pizzas with no end in sight. I ordered a couple of pizzas online to pickup at this location. I got there when it said the pizzas should be ready, but I preceded to wait nearly an hour for my pizzas to be done. There were hardly any other customers in the store so I kept asking them to see when they might be done. On top of this long wait, the employees would go from handling money to making pizzas without even putting gloves on. I found this absolutely repulsive considering everything that is being done to stop the spread of Covid-19, yet here this establishment is throwing that out the window because they are too lazy to put on gloves. After the hour had passed and the pizzas still weren't done, I preceded to ask for a refund since clearly the pizzas were not getting made anytime soon. The employee then decided to use some choice words with me without even being provoked. This is absolutely awful service and let's just say I will never be going back to any Little Caesars locations due to the shear amount of filth and disrespect I received from this atrocious...
