I brought my MacBook here after it suddenly stopped charging. I explained in detail to the receptionist that my left charging port had stopped working first, then the right side failed shortly after, and that I had already tried different outlets and cables with no luck. I wasn’t sure if the issue was with the battery, the ports, or something internal, so I decided to give this shop a try after seeing many positive reviews. The receptionist was a lady and she did a quick basic check, then she recommended me their diagnostic service for $89 (which came to $95 after tax). I agreed and left my MacBook for the day. The next day, I was told the charging port on one side needed replacing for $180, and since the other side was also “broken,” it would cost another $180—$360 total just for the ports. When I asked if they were certain this was the problem, the tone of the conversation shifted, and I was made to feel as though I was being difficult, rather than just trying to confirm the diagnosis before committing to a costly repair. I am not sure if the lady knows what she's doing I decided not to proceed and picked up my MacBook, only to later notice that the bottom case had not been reassembled correctly—the edge was slightly coming off and did not line up as it should be. I then brought it to the Apple Store, explained the exact same situation, and within 30 minutes they determined it was a software issue, not a hardware failure. They FIXED IT COMPLETELY FREE of charge, even reassembling the bottom case perfectly within minutes. My MacBook has worked flawlessly ever since. I understand that independent repair shops provide a valuable service and need to charge for their time, but in my experience here, I ended up spending $95, losing two days, and nearly paying hundreds for a repair that wasn’t needed. Based on this, my personal recommendation for anyone with a MacBook charging issue would be to start with the Apple Store, as they were able to provide a quick, accurate, and free solution in my case. I will attach my receipt to show that i’m indeed a customer not trying to make a bogus claim

My ps4 HDMI port was damaged. I took it to some cell phone shop where I was promised to be fix. To my surprised the guy just couldn't fixed, he also burned and damaged the motherboard without any compensation for the damage he did. After a long search and reading a lot reviews, I decided to take my ps4 (without any hope) to AccessOne Solutions. Mark was very honest and forthright about the terrible damage my ps4 had and that it might not work, then he told me to give him time and he wasn't going to charge me if he couldn't repair it after all. After a few weeks losing hope I got a call from Mark letting me know that my ps4 was repaired and working properly. The "only thing that I REGRETTED it " was not found AccessOne Solution at the begging, it would have saved me time and money. 1000% recommend if you are looking for trust, professionalism and value for your electronics and devices. Thanks Mark for made things possible.!! YOU not only earned my respect but also a life time customer. YOU are more than 5 stars. P.s : I attached some pictures showing how damage the motherboard and HDMI port was.

I’m so Happy and satisfied with the service and deal I got with this company. Let me tell you. I search every where for someone to do professional soldiering in 3 different area. DC, Virginia, and Finally Maryland for someone to do which seem like a impossible task. To Swap chips out of a CPU component and place it into an expensive Key Fob to work with wires. ( Fitcamx 900) Everyone told me no that they didn’t want to be responsible for the motherboard of this expensive product. Not AccessOne. The Gentleman look at it a said “ No Problem”. How soon you want it. Let me figure this out and I have it back to you in a day or two. Sure enough I was getting a call in hours. Product Done. Note: The product was not given to AccessOne Solutions this way or already put together. This product was in pieces wires (Gods no where they supposed to be place) and a chip. This Guy had to actually trace the chip to figure how each working component or button was going to correspond to the device. Awesome Work. Thanks

I just want to share my experience at this shop so that if i may be able to help other individuals avoid what Marc, the man at this shop put me through. It took calling the police for me to have Marc return my laptop to me, one that he collected my money for but refused to fix in a timely manner which he continually kept promising he would do. He literally tells me he would not give my Laptop back to me and his reasoning was because and these are his words "BECAUSE I SAID SO". I will never be coming back to this shop ever again. I hope this helps someone who may be considering leaving their personal items that may need fixing with this man.

I initially brought in my 2015 Mac Book Pro Laptop to the shop to have the hinge replaced because it was slightly broken. He told me the cost to fix it would be $107 and that I would be able to pick it up in 4 days. He called my phone 2 days after i left my laptop with him and told me he had "bad news" for me. When I arrived at the shop, he disclosed to me that my laptop had water damage and needed to undergo a water treatment process. I asked him to open the laptop and show me the contents that were damaged which he did.

However, when he turns on my laptop, the laptop screen is completely white. The screen is no longer working and does not display any images. I ask him why my functioning laptop which i brought to him 2 days ago was no longer displaying anything on the screen and is instead showing a white screen? He replies to me that it was due to the corrosion. I asked him why the screen never stopped working even though I had owned the laptop for a very long time and only just stopped working after I brought to him just 2 days ago. He just keeps responding that it is due to "corrosion". He then says "I did not even touch/ try to change the hinge because i noticed the corrosion an wanted to inform you".

He did the right thing by informing me; However, he LIED about trying to change the hinge, because I noticed that the hinge had been tampered with and was in an even worse shape than when I first left it with him. It is here that I believe he damaged the components that allow the screen functionality of the laptop because he did not know how to replace a Mac Book pro hinge. Despite this i REGRET that I still accepted his request to perform the water treatment on the laptop. He assured me that he would have it done in 3 days and would contact me first thing on Friday because the drying process takes 48-72 hours. I agreed and further left my laptop with him. I waited three days and even all through the weekend(The shop is also open on Saturdays). He did not call me. I even waited till Monday evening when the shop was about closing just to see if he would call me and he did not. I finally called him with 20 minutes to close and he told me that, he was not finished and that he would complete the job and call me on Thursday. Again, Thursday came by and he did not call me. I even waited until the weekend once more just to give him some more time. He did not call me.

I became very frustrated and went to the shop on Saturday afternoon to get my laptop. I had already paid him for the water treatment process and at this point it was obvious he was not doing what I paid him to do. When I enter the shop, I explain to him that I was very unhappy with the way he continued to drag me along with regards to the date to pick my laptop from him. He then tells me to come back next Monday, that the laptop will be ready then. I tell him "No, I want my Laptop now and will no longer need your help fixing it". He replies to me that i should give him one hour to get my laptop for me. I tell him that I will not be waiting for anything that I would just like to have my laptop back so I can leave the store. He then tells me that he will not be giving my laptop back to me.

At this point I am puzzled and I ask him "Is there a reason, you are denying me my property?" and he responds to me " BECAUSE I SAID SO". I ended up calling the police and that is how I got my...

I am very disappointed by the service that I've been receiving here. I chose this place because it was local to me and due to the overwhelming about of positive reviews, but the service has not lived up to my expectations.

The first time I called to see if I needed an appointment, the phone was answered right away and I was told to bring the computer in. I get there about 20 mins later, explain the problem, he rings me up for a $79.99 diagnostic fee, and tells me it will be a few days. That transaction was on August 3rd.

About a week goes by and I haven't heard anything, but I didn't panic. When I was at the store on August 3rd, he asked if I needed it in a rush and I said no, so a few extra days didn't bother me. After another few days go by, I decided to call to check on the progress.

Again, he answered the phone instantly and told me what the issue was, how much it would cost, and estimated it to take a few days. I said okay and gave my approval for the service.

A few days later, I realized that I may have needed important files off of the computer, so I called to ask if they could still be saved. He says that he could try, so I said that it wouldn't be a big deal if they could not. A few more days go by and I decide to take a ride to the store.

I go in and ask about the computer, and he says that the files could not be saved. He says that he tried three times, but that my hard drive was corrupted. I said no problem, how long will it be to get fixed because I needed the computer back by Monday (8/31) to start my online courses. He said no problem I can have it by that Friday (8/28). I said great and left.

Friday rolls around and I don't hear anything, then Saturday, then Sunday. Now I started panicking, because I need my computer to complete my coursework.

Today is Monday, August 31st and I still have no computer. I tried to call the store 7 times today with no answer. I drove to the store and the door was locked. I left about 3 voice-mails. I am very frustrated, because my computer has been here for one month.

Google shows when there are changes to a business, and this business changed their hours to be closed the entire week 8 hours ago. I'm guessing that I now won't be able to get my computer for the rest of the week.

My point here is that I kept being told that someone would call me, but I have had to follow up with them every time. It's been a month and I still have no device. I understand that some repairs make take longer than others, but this is very frustrating to me. I just want my computer back.

UPDATE: I was able to get in contact with Marc and pick up my computer yesterday (9/10)! It only cost $307 to give me a completely new hard drive and reset my iMac. Turns out, he had a death in the family, so I was more understanding of the wait. I am happy with the price, the computer works great, and he gave me office suite for free. Not sure if I'll return, but other than the wait, the...

Recommended by daughter. The tech at AccessONE said the review/replacement of a part in my other daughter's phone would take 30 minutes to complete so he told us to come back in a half hour. We left and called back 60 minutes later, bearing in mind what the tech told us about closing time. The tech informed us he had clients in front of him but assured us he was working on our phone. Okay, understandable. He assured us he would call back in a few minutes. After waiting 30 minutes for a callback that was never made we called AccessONE. So at 4:00 we left a message that we were coming to retrieve our phone. Well, they were already closed. In the stairway to the AccessONE office we left another voice message. Interestingly, the AccessONE business number does not identify itself as AccessONE but I rechecked the number and it is the correct number. This business is closed on Sunday and reopens on Monday, hardly the original 30 minute wait time given to us. Younger daughter is a lifeguard and works a double shift from 10 to 9 tomorrow. She needs her phone to clock in to work so she can get paid. She also works early on Monday but, again, she will not have her phone with her to clock in before she begins work. At present, I would not recommend this company. The very least AccessONE should have done was be straightforward about the original 30 minute review/repair completion time being incorrect and then make the followup call to the client so the client can adjust his or her own plans/schedule. This is a reasonable and professional courtesy. You don't just close up shop without notifying the client who is waiting on you, expecting to retrieve their property on the same day that this will not happen. The fact that the tech assured us he would call back but failed to make the call is totally unacceptable. It's not like he didn't have the number because I made sure during our last conversation that he had the correct number and he repeated the number back to me. Fortunately, we did complete some errands while waiting on our callback so it wasn't a total loss of time. PLEASE, prove me wrong, AccessONE! Daughter places such store in you and I want to believe in you but you dropped the ball on...
