I pulled up today like any other normal day and as I went to open the door the white guy with dreads ran and locked it before i could open it. He then cracked the door open and proceeded to tell me he was refusing me service all because my car was loud. His exact words were “you have a modified exhaust sorry”. Now to give everyone background information I have a 2016 bmw m4. It’s completely STOCK. I told him it was stock and he closed the door in my face. I grew up in this neighborhood and always make it a point to never disrupt the peace by making excessive noise. So when he told me that was the reason he was refusing service, I didn’t think he was being serious. After he just closed the door in my face without having a proper conversation i’ll admit that I got in my car and showed him what me being loud would actually sound like. If he would have nicely asked me to not park as close because my car was loud.. I would’ve did it without any problem. But he treated a regular customer like trash. I wouldn’t recommend this spot at all.

Terrible service would highly recommend to find a better shop. Dude needs to get some training in customer service. He kicked me out because my brother drives a motorcycle. He was the only hostile person, when he asked me to leave, i left. Then he ran to the door as i as i was almost at my car and said blame your brother for this. So professional. When i took this photo he was denying another customer service. He will come to the door and scream and yell at you then lock the door and run back inside.

I fuggin love this place! They NEVER try to upsell you and are always helpful and knowledgeable about every item they carry. Don't forget to sign up for their loyalty program when you visit as you can get discounted items. Another plus is that they are now open Sunday's and have even recently extended their Sunday hours.

UPDATE; Another great experience shopping here. I always feel good about patronizing this place when I leave here. The guy that helps me is always super helpful and treats me with the utmost respect even though I'm not spending a lot of money. They really value each and every customer regardless of whether you are spending $2 or $200. Thanks again and you have a loyal customer in me as long as you guys are around which I hope is a...

I have lived in the neighborhood for a couple years now and decided yesterday that I needed to walk around and explore more local businesses. I found The Bamboo Eater and was pleasantly surprised. The owner Sean was with a customer but greeted me warmly upon my entering. As I walked around, I observed him with the other customer he was helping and was impressed with his knowledge and customer service skills. When he became available, he offered me the same friendly demeanor and was very honest, clear and concise with his explanations of different products I had asked about. I can't wait to come back and explore their offerings more. Happy to have this business in our...
