Please avoid this Best Buy if you are a minority. The way the female manager tries to add made up obstacles in order to 1 not return an iterm, 2 price match an item. I was doing an upgrade from a cheaper GPU to a more expensive GPU. She was willing to let $600 walk out of the Door because she made a rule about "Prime" members get a special item so she won't price match. I proceeded to tell her that microcenter a local store had the same GPU for that price. Microcenter website showed 8 items in stock at the Rockville location. She proceeded to say that because it wasn't available online it can't be price match. It's a local store and they HAVE 8 in stock. So I proceed to tell her that I could easily go to the microcenter in Rockville but I have a Best Buy Card and want to use and I wouldn't be here if any other Best Buy store had the GPU. I tell her to log into Amazon without being a "PRIME" member and she proceeds to say even if you log off in your phone it will still think you are PRIME. I tell her to please look around there's plenty of computers to log into Amazon and check. She continues to mumble ignorant things out of her mouth trying to avoid the price match. This whole time the sales rep guy couldn't be more nicer and helpful. And he logs into his phone and check. In plenty other Best Buys they log in and that's enough but this person was just focus on treating minority people with hate. I'm pretty sure if it was a lighter color she wouldn't had been this dismissive and not caring about the sale. I almost go on the phone with corporate, it was an overall terrible time. I don't get why some stores in minority heavy population treat their customers as if their money isn't the same as any other person's money. I will definitely avoid to shop at this store and I hope Corporate gets a whiff because I will be definitely getting in contact with them, I'm a silver...

The delivery technician came to our home; peeped in from the door and said "they didn't have time to do install today" and abruptly left with no further explanation. We tried to tell them we have a seperate install date as we just need delivery & hual away but the technician didn't speak anymore and, made no attempt to even deliver the ordered fridge that was in his truck.
The refrigerator is necessary to be given today as we specifically chose best buy vs home depot (although we wouldve gotten a military discount & saved money at home depot) because of the 2 day turn around delivery. We have have medicine that is in a cooler pending refrigeration but now our item is stuck in the delivery truck. I spoke to various levels of customer service & they either hang up the phone once they see the details of the case & don't want to deal with the issue or you get the "ohh that's unfortunate" can response & "there's nothing we can do". When my only request is to reschedule the delivery asap so we can store our medical supplies. Their excuse is that it's being processed from the warehouse & the fridge needs to go back to the warehouse before rescheduling- and that may take another 24-48hrs... & delivery may be another 2-7 days Post that reschedule. All of which Is unacceptable because I could of shopped elsewhere for a $1,800+ purchase as this service is complete B.S and outright unacceptable.

Read moreI was very dissapointed with the service I recieved at the customer service area, I wanted to return a television and the team lead told me in a very nasty way (with an attitude) that I needed to return the item were I bought it because of store policy she quoted " oh my god! imma bout to flip in a minute ,I can get you the policy book if you want" so I asked to speak to the store manager so she quoted again "ok hold on imma get the manager but we cant take this back and he gonna tell you the same thing, can you step to the side " so I waited for the store manager fot about 10 minutes and he never showed up to give me his face, the manager and the team leader were talking back and forth on the phone again she quoted "im trying to explain to the guy we cant take this back because of policy and needs to go to the store he bought it because of store policy but he don't understand" at this point the team lead was very aggravated and was looking at me with the nastiest look so I asked her to get me the store managers information additionally I also asked to get the district managers information again she quoted " I cant give you his cell phone number" I responded to her that I need the district's manager business number she said "he dont have one" at the end it took me about 45 min for a simple return. I wil contact corporate and the stores district's manager because I am pretty sure I am not the only customer that has had to deal with this kind of attitude and lack of professionalism from the team members and the store management, also I learned a lesson that I will never forget and that is to never again do business with Best Buy and will discourage anyone from coming...
