When arrived was given an attitude - no hello, no welcome... Nothing but a "what are you here for". When I advised a massage, I was told at least 10 minutes... 5 minutes later the customer in the chair was done and paid, the employee's attitude was even worse and now snippy because I was still there instead of leaving due to the 10 minutes wait they lied about to get out of more work. At that point I opted to leave instead of paying the $42+ dollars for 15 minutes of a sub-par shoulder massage.
