Villa Fresh Italian Kitchen — Restaurant in Georgia

On November 22nd, my family and I were traveling when I asked my son to place a food order at Villa Pizza #6002 in the airport, as I was in a wheelchair. Unfortunately, the employee, Chantel, took advantage of my son by providing him with an unreasonably small slice of pizza for $6.31. When I inquired why he accepted it, he explained that the woman who assisted him was rude, which made him feel intimidated. I had to leave my wheelchair and walk from Gate 34 to address the situation. Upon my arrival, I encountered Chantel, who was indeed very rude and seemed offended by my questions regarding the small and cold slice of pizza given to my son. Other customers in line confirmed that the pizza size was inadequate and noted Chantel's unprofessional demeanor. One woman even remarked to her husband about the consistent rudeness of the staff. It is regrettable that I could not send my son to get food without him feeling uneasy and intimidated by someone in a service role. I would appreciate it if someone from Villa Pizza could reach out to me regarding this experience. Given this incident, I will not return to this location, especially with Chantel on staff, as she does not reflect well on...

Disgusting you will get sick, the person cutting the food also handle dirty coins with his own hands before serving this is the e-mail I sent the health department (Hi, my name is Rojae brown. Me and my wife was traveling in the airport at hartsfield Jackson airport. We were about to get pizza at the restaurant villa pizza, but I refused to accept the pizza because the same glove that was being used to handle the dirty coins, were also being used to serve the pizza. So we went to the restaurant next door, to qdoba Mexican grill, then it seemed like one of the employee at this restaurant as we were ordering the food. Place his sweaty arm over the food my wife ordered. Then the person handling thr pizza from the restaurant. Villa pizza gave me the middle finger. Showing that he was angry at me for leaving the pizza. I strongly believe he cause the situation with my wife food to happen. The way that the food is being handled is not clean at both these places and needs to be check. With all of the illnesses growing. This and the careless attitude and behavior and lack of compassion to people consuming food. Is a danger. )

Awful experience! The staff didn't know what pizza they had on display or really even ask about taking an order "is that spinach pizza?" The crew member replied "uhh, I don't know".

Food was not good at all, Mac & Cheese was gross. Spinach. Cheese pizza was hard to bite through & it was about the same quality as a dollar store frozen pizza.

The counter was gross with filth & so much trash. I should have walked away.

Another employee, James K, rang me up. He was all over the place with the value meal & asking me the same questions over & over. Then got rude when I asked about getting my side for my "value meal" after I had already paid. He obviously hates his job & people in general.

$22 for 2 slices, a side & a small drink. Don't waste your time or money.
