I visited the Panda Express at the Atlanta airport on 6/3/19. This was by far the worst experience I have had in fast food. Rather than to serve customers pizza that was readily available on the warmers, the worker continued to very slowly put more pizza's in the warmer. As the customers started to get very agitated, one stepped up and asked why it was taking so long to get pizza when there was already so many pies available. The cashier encouraged the person making the pizza to stop baking more pies and serve the customers. This seemed to agitate her so she continued to move just as slow and then decided to prepare and order for the guest coming in after is. As I looked over to find out why she hadn't served me, I noticed that not only was she not wearing gloves to handle the food, but she was also slicing the pizza with her nail. Once I noticed this, I asked for a refund. I was already running late for my flight and wasn't comfortable eating something that wasn't handle properly. When she heard me ask for my refund, she began to get very rude. The woman in front of me asked why was she not wearing gloves and the cashier then encouraged her to put on gloves. She then became extremely rude refusing to put on gloves and then proceeded to tell the cashier that they aren't supposed to wear gloves to handle food. I then begged to get my refund so I could get back to my gate. He then said he would have to find a manager. He stepped to the back meanwhile the line was getting increasingly longer and the person backing the pizza continue to mumble rude things under her breath as she continued to bake pies with not gloves. I just left my pizza and the money frustrated because I had to get to my gate. I was extremely displeased with my services and will never visit this restaurant again. I encourage corporate to go in to that location and make some hiring and firing decisions. This is poor representation of...
Read moreI recently had an extremely disappointing experience at Panda Express Atalanta airport that left me frustrated and dissatisfied with their service. From start to finish, my experience was marred by multiple issues that made it an unpleasant dining experiences and I decided to spend time on this review to help other avoid this place.
Upon arriving at the counter, I requested a chicken item from the menu, only to be told by an employee that there were no chicken items available for the evening. However, when I noticed other customers receiving chicken dishes, I decided to change my order accordingly. Unfortunately, the employee assisting me started whining and shouting about the change, displaying unprofessional behavior that was both uncomfortable and unnecessary.
To compound the matter, when I asked for a receipt for my order, the employee at the counter seemed to forget this simple task. Upon reminding him, he dismissively replied that he couldn't spare the time to look up the receipt because of the queue of customers. This lack of attention to detail and customer service was disheartening and reflected poorly on the establishment.
The overall demeanor and unhelpfulness of the employees left a sour taste in my mouth. Not only did they fail to deliver on their initial statement about the availability of chicken items, but their unprofessional conduct and unwillingness to address basic customer needs were unacceptable.
I hope that Panda Express management takes these concerns seriously and implements appropriate measures to improve their service quality and employee training. Customers deserve a pleasant dining experience, and unfortunately, my recent encounter fell far short of those...
Read moreThe food was fine but this was the worst experience I’ve had at a Panda Express by far. I waited in line for about 30 minutes, which would’ve been fine if the employees were doing their job. I stood at the counter for a good five minutes after I had gotten my chow mein waiting for them to give me my orange chicken (one of the few items they actually had stocked up, I was not waiting for them to cook it or anything) while the employees stood around either doing nothing or being confused which box belonged to who. They were literally doing nothing while I was standing there waiting for them to act like I existed and I finally spoke up when they served the guy behind me and continued ignoring me 🤦🏼♀️ I saw them do the same to some other customers, I don’t have the full context of other situations obviously but it seemed they were taking their sweet time serving people. They also had literally none of what i wanted because they were out of so many items so instead of broccoli beef and rice I got chow mein and orange chicken which is fine but frankly ridiculous. On top of all that they did not ask if I wanted a drink nor to did they ask if I wanted a fortune cookie. But the icing on the cake is that I am pretty sure I started having an allergic reaction while eating so I had to throw away my food. I am allergic to shellfish so I can’t fault them too much for cross contamination issues as that is always something to be aware of, but I have eaten Panda dozens of times before without any...
